Attitude towards investors entering soccer leagues among people interested in soccer

The chart documents attitudes toward investors entering soccer leagues among people interested in soccer, surveyed in December 2023. Respondents were asked for their general opinion on this topic. The data are broken down into four response categories ranging from very positive to very negative.

A combined 71% hold a positive view: 47% describe their attitude as "rather positive," while 24% say "very positive." On the negative side, 19% respond "rather negative" and 10% "very negative," adding up to 29% in total. The "rather positive" category alone accounts for nearly half of all responses, making it the single largest group. The share expressing a clearly negative view — "very negative" at 10% — is the smallest of the four categories.
