Diversity ranking of 3. Liga clubs from the fans' perspective in the 2022/2023 season

The chart documents which clubs in Germany's 3. Liga soccer fans most associate with diversity, based on a survey conducted in February 2023. Respondents selected from a list of all 3. Liga clubs after being presented with a definition of diversity drawn from the Diversity Charter.

Nearly half of all respondents — 48% — indicate they cannot make a judgment. Among clubs receiving attribution, Borussia Dortmund II leads at 8%. Three clubs follow at 5% each: TSV 1860 München, FC Viktoria Köln, and Dynamo Dresden. SC Freiburg II and MSV Duisburg each receive 4%. SV Waldhof Mannheim reaches 3%. The remaining 13 clubs each register 1% to 2%. Nine clubs — including VfB Oldenburg, SC Verl, and FSV Zwickau — each receive 1%.
