Pyrotechnics and fireworks rank as the top concern in Germany at 50%, compared to 31% in England. The willingness of fan groups to use violence shows the reverse pattern: 54% in England versus 47% in Germany. Crowds are cited by 44% in Germany and 35% in England. Weather and environmental influences show one of the larger gaps between the two countries: 39% in Germany against 15% in England. Viruses and infection risks are named by 38% of English respondents versus 22% in Germany. The willingness of security forces and police to use violence sits at 28% in Germany and 35% in England.
