Participants who reported having experienced discrimination in their professional life or during job applications indicated which factors they attributed it to, with multiple answers permitted.

Age ranks first at 36%, followed closely by gender at 33%. Origin is cited by 27% of respondents. Own person or appearance reaches 24%. Health condition or disability and professional experience or educational background each register in the mid-range, at 18% and 17% respectively. Marital status stands at 16%. Religion is cited by 13%. At the lower end, pregnancy, children, or parental leave and sexual identity each reach 7%.
